- Some of Fiji's many crops include sugar cane, coconuts, cassava , and bananas. Other natural resources include timber, fish, gold, copper, off shore oil potential and hydropower.
- There are 28 airports in Fiji but only 3 have paved runways.

ReplyDeleteHi Ian, Boy what a lot of interesting facts you gathered about Fiji!! Do you think you'll hike Mt. Tomanivi? Also, since sugar cane grows on Fiji don't you think you should do a science experiment with it... to see if chewing it twice a week will make your teeth whiter? You could do before and after photographs. Of course, I do think you should continue brushing twice a day, just to be on the safe side. We wouldn't want you to return home with a mouth full of cavities!!
